A thorough process, this includes four stages: (1) proofreading and sentence structure, (2) compliance with submission requirements, (3) response quality against evaluation criteria and (4) clarity of solution benefits and unique selling points.

Visuals positively contribute to the readability and attractiveness of your response. I build inforgraphics, diagrams and tables into your proposal documents that bring the benefits of your solution to light. I also design templates your internal teams can use for smaller proposals, appendices and case studies.

One gigantic step closer to winning the contract, the presentation must leave a lasting impression on your prospect and reflect the win strategy used in the proposal. It also needs to differentiate you from the competition - whether that be through the printed documents you offer to decision makers during the meeting, your slick slide deck or some other creative impact you make based on the opportunity at hand. I am here to guide you through this, coach your presenters and produce any appropriate collateral.
